1. The bathrooms inboth rooms smelt of mold and the shower floor was that crusty it had gone yellow.

3. Would it cost that much more to have someone fix a crack, kill some mold, and coach your front desk people to smile? The Hyatt Grand Central NYC has not won a repeat customer here.

4. Room 1971 featured a lovely cracked closet door, mold (not crown mold) around the door of the bathroom, and a toilet wedged between the shower and sink that required the strength and acrobatic skills of Cirque Du Soleil to use.
