1. The corridors and elevators are, again, a little outdated (not damaged, just older), but the room decor is modern, bright and crisp.

10. While the housekeeping staff was very responsive to coming personally to our room (damage control) to clean up the roach, they have been lax in processing a credit for us for the mishap, in the form of a one-night-free voucher at any grand Hyatt.
