1. When we first got there they could not find our reservation right away because my name was entered wrong but they found it very quickly with my confirmation number.

3. I am quite sure that I did not give them the wrong expiry date, but mistakes can happen and perhaps I did, or they entered it wrong.

4. I found this very interesting - we all were there close to check-in time, the hotel was full and we are told that our credit cards were declined???? Upon further checking with my credit card company, I found out the reason my card was declined was because they entered the wrong expiry date.
