1. No trouble yet for us but I have read of rowdiness and considering the lack of professional management on site, it may sometimes be a problem.

4. The down side was the lack of reception and staff friendliness,a smile or hello would have been nice more often,on handing in our card when leaving,Frank did not even say'thank you for staying'in fact he said nothing has reception was busy.

9. I have seen previous posters that were disappointed with the lack of non-valet parking but we stayed for 8 days and we never even saw any valet, the whole lot was available to us.

10. For those people complaining about the lack of sun at the pool, you should have really read the reviews before booking this place, as many past guests stated this.
