1. our experience there was far from negative as every employee there from the house keeping staff right through to the front desk was nothing but smiles and pleasent.

6. great hotel handy for just about anywhere you would want to go, hotel bus shuttle was good for parks very reliable, all facilities good, rooms large and well equipped, pool area not the biggest but never too busy, only negative was lifts , very slow and unreliable not sufficient for a hotel as large as this, staff helpful and food in hotel good although gratuity is added to bill.

9. The pool was lovely and warm, clean towels always available, not over crowded, only negative that can be said (by other trip advisors also ) pool is shaded during the morning and then again later afternoon due to orientation of building.
