1. complaints aside, I would stay here again.

2. Our only complaint was that the shuttle service used by the resort had such limited service (only one trip to Disney and Universal Studios and one return trip each day) that it made it useless so we ended up driving ourselves and paying the parking fees at each park.

5. here they just bring you fresh towels and make the beds daily and just when we complaint they went and vacuum the carpets which were terribly dirty.

8. The only complaint I have is the wireless internet was about the worst I have ever experienced from a hotel.

10. Any complaints about this place are from what i've seen abit petty and mostly made by the americans who are used to a much higher standard of service than us.
