1. Cleanliness of the hotel: all the carpets in the hallways, elevators and rooms are so dirty they stink.

The lobby was dirty, there was only one person working at the front desk who acted like she could've cared less about checking us in, the room smelled (and was dirty, naturally) and the fitness room was disgusting, with 2 out of the 4 pieces of crappy equipment in there busted and wet towels and dishes all over the floor.
