1. It is too small for the amount of guests and a resort which caters for such a large number of people could do with more than one pool.

2. The parking lot is too small for the hotel, and on weekends, it gets very crowded, so they offer complimentary valet parking which was nice.

3. The parking lot is too small and the valet parking is an option but for those of us that do not like to hand our keys over to a stranger or tip constantly this was not an option.
