1. I called the front desk and explained the issue--they offered to bring me another iron, but didn't offer to do anything about the shirt.

5. I have only one issue and thats with the sliding door to the balcony, I feel there should be a red warning strip across the glass, very standard in most hotel's, helps to prevent people walking into them.

7. The location is not a not an issue if you hire a car or use the i-trolley.

8. The best thing was the hotel was very quiet so had no issues with getting to sleep on an evening which can sometimes be an issue in a large hotel, but it was fantastic no problems with noise, even though the hotel was busy.

9. tv in room didnt work stayed for 3 days one day forced to stay cause they already had charged my credit card with out my permission wish to warn every one that is thinking of coming to orlando do not stay in these hotel have many issues about these hotel cold pool no heater kids got sick staff sucks not nice at all specially the one that claimes to be the mananger instead of solving problems makes problems worse looks nice on internet not so nice when you spend your hard earn money and have to deal with very misreaspectfull staff do not come to these hotel let these be a warning.
