1. Overall a lovely hotel I would reccomend it to friends and family, the only major let down is some of the members of staff who at times did not make us feel welcome, which is really uncomfortable.

2. Cramped, uncomfortable, felt like you were waiting ages for them to come and one of the drivers obviousely loved her job so much that she shouted at most of the passengers and made them feel stupid.

3. The only downside is that some of the finishings were a little tired -- the toilet roll holder was broken, so was the shower handle, and the pillows were lumpy and rather uncomfortable.

4. The beds were unbearably hard and uncomfortable and one of us who has a bad back was in tears when we were woken up at 5:30 by the telephone ringing.

5. The cons: the beds in each room were a little uncomfortable, the hotel is new so there were a little things missing in the rooms ex: clock/radios, brooms and blowdryers.
