2. I had read a concern about bed bugs, and on our first day there a gentleman from the hotel with a trained dog entered our room to search for those little critters and did not find any, we did not see any bugs there at all it was vary clean.

3. The manager on duty came up, inspected the bed and saw the bed bug still engorged with blood and couldn't do anything but apologize.

I had read about the cold water, thefts, hard beds, bed bugs in the earlier posts after I did the booking and at one point thought of canceling my reservation but I am very glad that I did not because it proved to be an excellent stay, Each apartment has a washer/dryer, an ac unit for even turning the heat on.
