1. We noted everything from tripadvisor's complainers and prepped ourselves for themwe paid via expedia so they couldnt cancel our roomwe got a rent a car to avoid their transportation to disneywe only went to the indoor restaurant once out of laziness (it was terrible - but we knew it would be anyways)had no problems whatsoever with the staff or parking (the parking valet takes place on the weekends only and if you find a spot its yours, you just may have to hunt for it)the pool was fine if you just want to lounge aroundthe deck was great, nice viewsi would recommend this place to everybody.

5. Lastly, our room was cleaned exceptionally well everyday by the housekeeping staff--we had seen other reviews here which complained about the staff--we find such complaints to be unfounded.

6. For those people complaining about the lack of sun at the pool, you should have really read the reviews before booking this place, as many past guests stated this.

7. Some people were complaining about housekeeping, but I travel to Florida every year and some places (condo rentals) almost always charge an extra fee for housekeeping.

When I complained about housekeeping, they were so blase about it all, and made me feel like it was nothing to complain about, they apparently offered another lady a reversal of her redort fees and didn't extend me the same courtesy - both Lee and another named Nina, it was unjust & we are never staying here again .
