1. The worst part is that when I showed the supervisor the evidence (the squashed bugs that were engorged with our blood) there was little reaction.

3. I had read a concern about bed bugs, and on our first day there a gentleman from the hotel with a trained dog entered our room to search for those little critters and did not find any, we did not see any bugs there at all it was vary clean.

4. Also a couple of towels had stains on them, and finally the door to the balcony didn't have a screen door so when you kept it open for a nice Florida breeze, bugs would fly in.

6. 30 AM or later some mornings so the pool had less bugs in it later but why open the pool and then start cleaning it after and when people are actually in the pool? Why not clean it at 7.
