1. When we got to our room we were very impressed with the size (super king bed in master room, 2 queens in 2nd room and great living/kitchen space) but when we went to put the kids to bed we noticed holes in the sheets on both beds, and a stained counterpane on the master bed.

2. Also a couple of towels had stains on them, and finally the door to the balcony didn't have a screen door so when you kept it open for a nice Florida breeze, bugs would fly in.

9. I found out an old red stain in one of my 'clean' towels.

10. Service was quick when we needed something (remote control missing or needed towels) The only complaint is that some sheets where dirty and had stains, we had to call housekeeping so they would change it.
