1. The problem with the 14th floor was the noises from the wind and other noises from the roof that I can't explain (1409 was our room).

4. The best thing was the hotel was very quiet so had no issues with getting to sleep on an evening which can sometimes be an issue in a large hotel, but it was fantastic no problems with noise, even though the hotel was busy.

9. When we went to sleep there were really loud noises coming from the roof, we were on the 14th floor which is the top floor.

10. Some may want to be more 'right in the middle of things', I prefer to see the hubbub at a mile or so away and have my accomodations be a sanctuary at the end of the day, rather than having noise, cars and congestion all around me at one of the older type properties.
