7. The clock radio was at the wrong time and I never did figure out the alarm on it, and maybe this is why there was a notice next to the clock offering the guest to call for wake-up service.

10. If I'm wrong, ask for Raquel before you leave and I bet you will see why I always reserve the Crown on my trips to New York.
