My husband and I went down to the front desk to speak to a manager and to understand why this had occurred, to have someone address the shock we had just experienced as a result of a clear error made my front desk/ security in sending 6 security men to our room and the lack of concern about the raw food your hotel was serving.

7. Very safe and walking distance to major attractionsI found the concierge service to be basic and limited in terms of advice and suggestions and lacked that personal touch but I guess that's part of being a huge hotel with a massive amount of guests coming and going and needing assistance.
