1. Rather than dealing with this frustration on a customer service level and offering an apology, the front desk sent 6 large men to our room from security and the head chef (on new years eve) to our honeymoon suite.

7. Good service at the front desk - though on my last trip, it was frustrating to have the desk clerk pull someone out of line and have another desk clerk serve them ahead of everyone else.
