1. The room had a safe and unfortunately this was locked shut in the middle of our trip.

2. To me all this hotel needs to be perfect again is a room refurbish as they are quite dated and some are more shabby than others, unfortunately it is another example of the rooms not reflecting the ultra modern lobby which lulls you into a slightly false sense of security.

4. unfortunately we did not have minibars, that was the only little minus besides having trouble and mix up with key cards a few times.

5. Our desk clerk at check in couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful when we arrived early however can't say that about the clerk when we returned for the room key later that afternoon unfortunately.

7. unfortunately we had a room, that had an adjoining door to the next room, even though it was closed and locked, we could still hear noise from the adjoining room until they checked out (day 1 fortunately).
