1. There were only 2 downsides to the room, firstly the in room coffe was awful, but no worries there is a Starbucks almost next door and the other was of our misunderstanding, this being a US family King size room means one huge bed for everyone.

6. To avoid the awful atmosphere in the ballroom we paid extra to eat breakfast in the restaurant looking out over Times Square which wasdeliciousy and great staff and equally the bar was brilliant - great views and superb staff - fast service and very friendly.

8. As previously stated on other reviews, the noise from the elevators is awful, even though we were 5 or 6 rooms down, you could still hear it all night and early morning, this was the only downside, but because we had walked for miles, our tiredness took over and we were able to sleep.
