1. The next morning I asked at the front desk if we had to request maid service and she said of course not, you must have had the do not disturb sign on the door.

9. The room and the bathroom were spotless - and housekeeping even phoned us about 6pm one evening when we were getting ready to make sure we were okay - as we had gone out in morning and left the 'do not disturb' on the door handle.
