2. The automatic door was mostly broken and was really heavy to push, there was occasionally a doorman there but most of the time there was no one to help, even strong men were struggling with it, this was completely ridiculous for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

10. The shower tap was detached from the wall, as the sealant had broken so it was essentially being held onto the pipe and not to the wall itself, and the towel rail also seemed to be loose.
