5. When we got back, we noticed that the bathroom was not only dirty, stained floors, hair in bathtub, metal container with brown splashes, but also the toilet was clogged by the previous guest.

6. New room was only a little bit cleaner, but also has details of dirtiness everywhere, mainly in the bathroom, with splashes on the floor and furniture, the glasses in the bathroom with tooth paste of previous guests at the bottom, garbage on the floor and again a dirty metal container.

We (3 adults) stayed in the Crowne Plaza Times sq for 6 nights in December 2010 (8th to 14th), We arrived early and were unable to check in as room was not ready (understandable), When we checked in we had a room with 2 double beds which was a decent size for NYC, Room was well appointed with all usual gadgets, the bathroom however was not up to standard, enamel flaking off the bath, dirty, mould in shower tiles grouting.

10. Big room by NYC standards, lovely bed and bathroom, our only complaint is the carpet in the room, looked outdatet and dirty and we were not able to adjust te AC ourselves.
