Fabulous location on Times Square, good rooms and facilities (no minibar though), but terrible service across the board: porters who prefer to watch you carry your luggage, Priority Club check-in desk being ignored whilst giving other guests preference, safe in room wasn't working leading to some unpleasant experience and staff attitude at safe deposit boxes near reception.

8. There is no free internet access, either you pay through your room or use the business section for $10 per thirty minuites, which was terribly expensive.

9. less than 28) Room was in fairly good condition; neat except for the used wine glass outside the door; not terribly spacious, but then again,this is Manhattan.

10. The only thing that I would warn about this hotel, like stated in serveral other reviews, is the A/C / Heat, It was a very hot August day and the A/C seemed to have done nothing, well it moved the air so it wasnt terrible.
