1. After finding another staff memeber they sent the same waiter over who was arrogant and snippy, i tried to explain that he could take my food away however my mother wanted her croissant he told me to calm down--wrong thing to say.

8. The people at the check in desk were so friendly however, one of the parking attendants directed us the wrong way and then yelled at us for him messing up? Not a good way to start out of visit.
