2. Level 12 and above, no pencil, no writing pad, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo mixed with conditioner, soap that smells terrible, sheets never changed on our bed after a 5 night stay, linens were grey and very worn, small regular tv, All this for a Premier Room.

4. We have done two Disney trips in four years - four years ago, we stayed at the Disney Value Resorts - you had a long walk to very overcrowded (dangerously so on return tips) shuttle buses, and the room was tiny.
