In my roon, the desk chair was broken, the mirror was chipped, the sheets were gritty, the walls and doors scruffed and just plain old (from 70s), the balcony paint was peeling and severly chipped (uh lead poisoning anyone), the safe did not work (and this is the first hotel I thought I actually needed to use the safe, due to the 5 security guards in the lobby and one on each floor), the dresser drawers were warped wood, the tiles in the bath had mold in the crevices and there was rust on the door frame trim.
