1. Didnt care for the Giraffe Cafe for breakfast as it was a bit expensive, but the good news is there is a McDonalds right down the road (2 minutes) and also some other restaurants right around.

7. If you are looking for a nice hotel to stay while having fun in Disney at reasonable price and distance to Disney area,that doesnt eat your pocket and bank account, Then try this hotel , you can save some money for other Disney expenses.

8. The pool area is normal and the small restaurant at the lobby is a bit on the expensive side for what u get also the hotel has a daily parking fee but its not much.

The pool bar was nice and open, we did not eat in giraffe cafe it was expensive and I would nt pay for the self parking cause the gate remain open all day the staff isnt aware of who is parking in the lot so DONT PAY FOR PARKING LET THEM KNOW YOU WANT BE PARKING AT THEIR LOT the resort fee was a joke because they tell you its for th up keep of shuttles but the shuttles doesnt go to universal but overall we will be back I love it.

10. after reading the reviews i almost died, but went ahead and went anyway, stayed two weeks, hotel abit dated but was ok, giraffe cafe very expensive and not much choice of food, same thing every day, the staff need to learn to say please and thankyou, the most ignorant person there is jean, never said please and thankyou, also never gave me my change i had to ask for it, lynn the bartender is brilliant friendly funny and very helpfull, she should get a pay rise.
