1. I did find a random long hair on the side of the shower/tub, but I figured it wasn't a big deal.

3. While it wasn't any big deal, this place makes some odd noises - constant 'clanging' sounds, 'tapping' sounds, odd machinery noises, friction/rubbing noises - not sure what it was, but we are sound sleepers so weren't bothered.
