4. I called the front desk and inquired about the charge and the person seems very annoyed of my question and put me on hold for 15 minutes.

9. one annoying thing is the hotel tries to sell you time shares, bus to the parks and downtown disney are every 30 minuets so ok, reception desk don't bother asking questions don't know any answers, room was cleaned when i asked for it to be, plug socket didnt work so had to move things around to get the right sockets.
