2. Several previous guests had complained about the slow elevators, how loud they were, and the disturbance the highway side of the resort could be.

3. The restaurant was extremely slow in service, and were actually out of quite a bit of menu items, however, there are plenty of restaurants a little down the street with faster service and less expensive food.

7. We had great service in all areas of the hotel until Thursday - as the number of guests picked up - service became slow in the food areas and housekeeping - the room was cleaned but towels/coffee/Kleenex not restocked.

8. The hotel decor seemed a little dated, and the elevators run a little slow, and the balcony cannot be enjoyed for some reason, the doors cannot be opened.
