1. although i must say that the manager was very helpful speaking with the bus company trying to resolve the issue.

2. I can't go on enough about the quick response to any issue we may have and how the staff is so responsive to their guests.

3. So, it's around 5 pm and I call down to the front desk and I talk with a gentleman and tell him I've already asked before and tell him about the toilet paper and the towel issue along with the bed linens.
