1. Well , our better room had stained carpets , the bathroom fan was not working , the bed pillows are old ,the bedroom safe was broken .

2. My room had a broken lamp in it - the bulb mounting at the top of the lamp was almost sideways and I noticed that the lamp's plug was not plugged into the wall and I wasn't about to try plugging it in.

6. * Never had its empty tissue box replaced during our stay* Had a TV set from the 90's with terrible receptionWe complained about the closet doors, stained carpets and broken hairdryer at the beginning of the stay and were told an engineer and housekeeping would tend to these issues.
