6. The people at the check in desk were so friendly however, one of the parking attendants directed us the wrong way and then yelled at us for him messing up? Not a good way to start out of visit.

7. They are renovating the hotel at the moment but there is no need to worry they have made provissions for the restaurant and all mess is to a minimum and will look great very soon from what we could see.

9. The front desk had indeed our room still on hold that was nice, since I have a lott of experience that when you arrive so late at a hotel they usually have messed up your reservation, and you do not get what you payed and asked for.
