1. I'm starting to feel like if you complain at this hotel, you better be prepared to have to pay.

6. Seems there are allot of unhappy, complaining people in the world today, that's why you need to read my review of this hotel, Orlando, and Disney if you're on the fence about choosing this hotel for your stay in Orlando.

8. * Never had its empty tissue box replaced during our stay* Had a TV set from the 90's with terrible receptionWe complained about the closet doors, stained carpets and broken hairdryer at the beginning of the stay and were told an engineer and housekeeping would tend to these issues.

10. After some initial mishaps during our first stay in November 2010 (missing remote, room made up but dirty dishes left in room), we emailed the hotel and complained.
