UNTIL we went for breakfast the next morning, we ordered from the menu and were 'waited' on by a terribly rude server, thought it was funny we waited 10 minutes to be asked our drink order--he actually laughed--placed our food order, waited 30 minutes for fruit and a croissant, eggs and taters---well my mothers fruit arrived sans croissant and my food arrived COLD.

4. Level 12 and above, no pencil, no writing pad, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo mixed with conditioner, soap that smells terrible, sheets never changed on our bed after a 5 night stay, linens were grey and very worn, small regular tv, All this for a Premier Room.

8. * Never had its empty tissue box replaced during our stay* Had a TV set from the 90's with terrible receptionWe complained about the closet doors, stained carpets and broken hairdryer at the beginning of the stay and were told an engineer and housekeeping would tend to these issues.

9. The hotel was in a great location, can't fault the location or the staff, they were fantastic on reception, but the room was terrible, the patio doors open one inch for fresh air, as the air conditioning did not work.
