1. Apparently they had some fire a week or so before we arrived, so they were making do, which was understandable, it's only the lobby, right? wrong.

2. They get new keys and we get inside only to find out we are in the wrong room and need to go down three flights, travel via golf card to another room then back up two flights to get to the correct room.

5. Seriously, this is an expensive place to stay, we're big tippers, and to have a meal be wrong that an AM/PM mini mart could get right is ridiculous.
