4. It did seem as if this room hadn't been occupied in a while-- there was what appeared to be sand on the dresser and table, some cobwebs at the ceiling, a lot of dust on the ceiling fan, some stains on the wallpaper and some of the chairs, dirt/sand on the lanai.
