1. Some of the rooms had problems with ants and we saw a few in ours but nothing to complain about.

3. When we complained they kept changing the name of the fee to an 'Service Fee', or to are other family members that stayed it was an 'Energy Fee' POOL IS NOT OPEN AND WHEN THEY SAY IT IS, IT'S NOT THE MAIN POOL IN THE PICTURE.

4. I do have to say that the next morning when we went to complain about it, the hotel was nice and offered to add an extra padding to the bed.

5. We had a great stay, though heard others complain but they were in a timeshare room-- I think the privately owned units are much better.
