1. One cautionary note; the property is on a hillside and, while it offers some of the most spectacular scenery of ANY resort on the island, it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

2. The property does not have a restaurant currently since it burned down last summer and there seem to be some issues with getting it rebuilt (change of ownership, etc).

7. It seems there was some sort of issue with cracking concrete within the main pool, which made simple cleaning works stretch out for much longer than owners were originally aware of.

8. We did have a couple of minor issues while we were there and they were taken care of immediately (a fan not working and the HBR had to get propane to the grills).
