1. My only two complaints were this: You have to rent anything you want for the beach (chairs, mats, etc.

3. The beds were excellent, the sheets great (something I care about), the furninshings were great - OK, our one big complaint is that we couldn't find the dice for the Yahtzee game (haha).

4. Third complaint: Lots of rules and regulations, and fines for this and that (makes you feel like in school), and also, over $50 in fees on top of the room rate.

10. Overall, excellent value if you don't mind staying in a bit outdated and simple studio- but again, for $70 there are no complaints when you are sitting next to the Princeville Resort and St.
