1. I know this resort has a history of poor ownership and that seems to have changed recently The pool area is very nice and the grounds are nicely maintained but the rooms, oh the rooms, are in pretty poor condition.
"In bad need of an update " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/6/2012 Vote
2. There was quite a few negative comments on trip Advisor (which is why I wanted to write to you) and most were about the Studio apartments and poor beds, the extra charges on arrival, and also no bar or resturant being open.
"Excellent value and fabulous position and grounds! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/25/2011 Vote
3. Not sure if this is a reflection of poor cleaning on behalf of the resort or rental company, but when we addressed it with both places, we were met with little-to-no response.
"Terrible Cleaning & So-so Service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/21/2011 Vote
4. poor Mike, tired us.
"Bougainvillea Bldg, unit 2105-6, next to Hibiscus Bldg., facing pool/spa. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/9/2009 Vote
5. The common areas of the hotel were quite impressive, but the room and its immediate grounds were in very, very poor conditions (no dresser, no garbage, chemical smoke smell, old rusty porch chairs, and an smoke detector that goes off from the shower).
"Never again " Read full review on Expedia   11/11/2009 Vote
6. Overall, nice location for the views, but poor service at an aging "resort".
"Gorgeous view, doesn't live up to the resort part " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/9/2009 Vote
7. Isn't that bait and switch to sell one thing and get something inferior? Timeshare owners will never be able to rent their units for more than a couple hundred dollars if they are in poor condition.
"Jurassic Park " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/9/2008 Vote
8. For the money this cost & all the positive reviews we read & continue to read, we were shocked at the poor quality of the room.
"Grounds Great-Room Sad " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/6/2007 Vote
9. The tennis courts are becoming run-down and there is no tennis pro on site to take care of them (the lower tennis courts, nearer the beach, are in poor shape).
"Disappointing " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/2/2006 Vote
10. Speaking of cars, good luck finding this resort at night - very poor signs and lighting.
