1. One of the other reviews mentions the buzzing noise of the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, it is still there even when the unit isn't running, but it isn't too loud.

2. Because unit is away from the parking lot you aren't subjected to noise of cars, you do hear the gas powered golf carts though when the windows or doors are open.

6. Wallpaper was becoming detached from the wall, we could not use the clothes dryer as the inside of the dryer was badly rusted, there were loud screeching noises when the toilets were flushed, insufficient overhead lighting.

9. Hanalei Bay Resort is beautiful, and contrary to rental managers of smaller resorts who warned us it was the biggest one in Princeville and would feel crowded, it never felt that way at all (and my husband and I are NOT a fan of crowds or noise).

10. In the morning, around 7:30 they must have been doing some refurbishing because we heard consistently loud drilling noises in the room above us.
