1. It did seem as if this room hadn't been occupied in a while-- there was what appeared to be sand on the dresser and table, some cobwebs at the ceiling, a lot of dust on the ceiling fan, some stains on the wallpaper and some of the chairs, dirt/sand on the lanai.

2. Apparently, as you can tell by the tape that holds things together and the water stains down the walls this place is in bad shape.

3. moldy bathrooms, stained carpet, sliding doors that didn't lock, dishwasher with no knob, rusty fridge, blue tape holding the baseboard and the wallpaper on and it smelled like it looked.

4. Our particular unit (in building 2) had a stained headboard, prehistoric bedspread, and fitted sheets that came off the mattress if you rolled over.

7. At this point, we looked around and saw a torn upholstery and stained couch, a rusty and moldy refrigerator, utensils (Not sure if clean or dirty) stacked in a cup on the counter, and a filthy dishwasher.
