1. While satisfied in general thanks to the service and mainly to the outstanding view from our room and every part of the hotel, we feel it is a little too sofisticated in the wrong way.

7. not necessarily our thing (don't get me wrong, we like playing golf, but we suck at it & could never afford to play at those courses anyway), but it's what you get in Princeville and the St.

8. We were happy to be wrong however and our food was delicious, the restaurant unpretentious, and the prices, while expensive, were reasonable to other Hawaiian restaurants.

9. We were unsure how to properly tip them since I've never stayed somewhere with butler service before so we asked the front desk who informed us there is no right or wrong way.

10. Additionally, the concierge gave us the wrong time for a boat ride we planned around the Nepali coast and we ended up driving to Port Allen only to find out the boat had already departed.
