1. Simply placing a towel over a dirty mesh seat does nothing to deserve a 5 star rating.

2. They are gross, dirty, mesh loungers that are falling apart, if it was truly a five star property these pool loungers would be clean, well kept and have comfortable cushions on them.

4. We were mostly interested in hiking, kayaking, snorkeling around the North coast, so we'd usually leave at 6 AM and tromp back through the entrance 10 hours later all dirty and smelly.

10. Also - each room has it's own HVAC system in it - in the friggin closet, and it's all dirty and old - sticks out like a sore thumb.
