1. I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 2 year old and was not disappointed.

7. I can continue with how disappointing the service was from a 5 star resort however I would have thought that the resort would have informed their guests prior to their arrival of the actual conditions and that they were unable to provide the 5 star St Regis experience.
