9. The staff is not the best I have seen with sub-par techniques and a dated sauna that smelled a little like mildew.

10. We ended up throwing things in the bath tub, but they don't dry quickly there as the 'magic window' does NOT open, so there's no airflow in the bath and no cross-ventilation whatsoever (perhaps explaining the other room's mildew).
