6. When you pay that much for a room, do they really have to charge for every little thing??? $18 for non optional valet parking? $14 per day for internet, and VERY expensive meals? Really? After a bit of this my husband began to complain about 'being nickel and dimed to death.

10. People make me laugh - they do not complain when they travel to Italy or France and pay at least 40% more for everything, plus 20% VAT - but will complain about Hawaii, including their version of a luxury hotel charging / paying employees to go the extra on customer service.
