1. My only (only) complaint is that the poolside grill restaurant was nothing special.

3. We enjoyed a few of the amenities at the hotel, the pool bar was wonderful, as was the Lobby Bar and the food at the Makana Terrace restaurant (service was slow and forgetful, which is probably the only complaint we had while we were here).

8. One complaint would be that rooms are pricey enoughs, so you would expect the free wifi to be available.

9. Our only complaint is that service at the Lobby Bar can be extremely slow during peak hours -- a few times we had to wait 20+ minutes after sitting down to get served and getting the check involved an interminable delay.

10. Overall there we had no serious complaints but I left with the feeling that I expected a tad more for this caliber of resorts - and also that maybe we're just not in the age group to fully appreciate this place just yet.
